Prayer

This morning, my dear husband showed me a website that shocked even me. Apparently, there is a site that will say your prayers for you for a fee so that you don't have to. I'm not talking about a paying a person to pray on your half; it's a computer that generates text into speech. Here's a snippet from the site:

  • Information Age Prayer is a subscription service utilizing a computer with text-to-speech capability to incant your prayers each day. It gives you the satisfaction of knowing that your prayers will always be said even if you wake up late, or forget.

The prayers of a righteous man availeth much....not the prayers of a computer. Mrs. Calla Lilly is not happy to see that....
